How can I track my order?

Check the tracking number in your confirmation email. Cant find it? Email us at info@4oursco.co.uk. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours :)

Do you offer free shipping?

For UK

- Spend over £150 and shipping is on us. The least we could do for you joining the community.

For International Orders (USA & Europe)

- For our friends across the pond and over the border - good news! Standard shipping to the USA and Europe is free for orders above $200/€200

Why doesn’t my garment have a tag?

Every detail in our pieces is considered - even what we leave out.

We’ve chosen to remove traditional tags for a few key reasons: to reduce waste, simplify design, and focus our efforts (and investment) on what matters most, the quality of the garment itself.We’re also actively working toward sustainable and ethical labelling solutions. Tags aren’t gone forever, they’ll be back when we’ve found a solution that aligns with our values.

Until then, all care instructions can be found under each product description online.

How do I care for my garment?

You’ll find specific care instructions under each product description. As a general rule: wash at 30ºC with similar colours, avoid tumble drying if you can (low heat only if needed), and use enzyme-free detergent to protect delicate fibres. For wool pieces, a garment bag helps keep them fresh. Specific care instructions for each garment can be found on the product listing. A little care goes a long way - to keep it 4OURS, and ours forever.

Can I change my order?

You can request changes to the product, size, or colour within 24 hours of placing your order. If the alternative you want is in stock, we’ll do our best to accommodate it. However, once your order is placed, we may have already started processing it, so changes can’t always be guaranteed - but we’ll always try our best to help!

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all forms of payment Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal. Which ever is your preferred method we aim to accommodate. Cash is accepted at pop ups as well!
