Return Window
You have 5 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Due to the limited nature of our stock and the hand-finished nature of every garment, returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition, including packaging and 4OURS bag
Items that do not meet these requirements — including those showing signs of wear, washing, or scent — will be returned to you without refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Limited edition pieces (store credit only)
- Final sale items
- Custom or altered garments
All limited edition releases are considered final sale. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@4oursco.co.uk within 5 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Once approved, we will share the return address.
- Return the item using a tracked service.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged. Items damaged in transit will not be eligible for refund.
Please note: Returns must be authorised before sending. Items sent without approval or to the wrong address will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- International duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 14 working days from the time we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@4oursco.co.uk. Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs
Approved faults will be refunded or replaced. Each garment is hand-finished, so minor variations in stitching or construction may occur. These are part of the uniqueness of the piece and wouldn’t be considered faults for the purpose of return.
International Returns
- All return shipping, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Clearly mark your return as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
- Include original customs documentation.
- Use tracked and insured shipping.
Please allow up to 30 days for international returns to be processed due to customs timelines.
